Imagine requiring a wheelchair ramp for each train stop in order to get to work. Since January 2018, federal agencies, contractors, and employers as well as agencies that receive federal funding are required to make their websites ADA accessible in accordance with Section 508. But does this apply to non-governmental businesses and universities?
